Where may we hold the ceremony?
Choose from The Blue Spring, The Secret Garden, The Castle, The Grounds, or The Pavilion, based on availability and weather.
May we bring our own vendors?
Yes. Bring your own officiant and photographer. Photographer recommendations are available upon request. A professional coordinator is not required, but one designated contact person who is not part of the couple must be named.
What décor is permitted?
Personal florals, one freestanding sign, small ceremony arrangements, and décor for the provided table are welcome. Command Strips or Command Velcro may be used on approved surfaces. Confetti, glitter, artificial petals, nails, staples, elaborate installations, and outside arches are not permitted.
What happens if it rains?
The covered pavilion serves as the rain plan. Rain alone does not qualify for a refund. If severe weather makes the property unsafe, payments may be applied to another available date.
Are children and pets welcome?
Supervised children and leashed pets are welcome. Pets require prior approval and a dedicated handler. Children and pets may not be left unattended near the spring.
What time does an elopement end?
Elopements may begin at an approved available time, but the entire reservation, including cleanup, must end by 8:00 PM.
What is required to reserve a date?
A signed agreement and nonrefundable 25% retainer reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the elopement. Reservations made fewer than 30 days in advance must be paid in full when the agreement is signed.
Is insurance required?
Yes. A one-day event liability policy naming Blue Spring Estate as an additional insured is required. A refundable $150 damage and excessive-cleanup deposit is also required.
