Your reservation invites you to explore every outdoor setting across the estate, including the Blue Spring, Secret Garden, Castle, Pavilion, sweeping grounds, and historic front porch.

Reserve the estate for one client or create a mini-session day with multiple back-to-back clients.

One client group or multiple? Client-session rentals are limited to one client group. Photographers scheduling multiple families, couples, individuals, or other separately booked clients must reserve a mini-session block. If a client-session rental is used for multiple bookings, the photographer will be responsible for the mini-session rate difference.
REQUEST A PHOTOGRAPHER RENTAL$75 interior add-on Photography access to specific approved rooms inside the historic estate.
10-minute grace period Complimentary time for arrival and departure is included with every reservation.

Before You Arrive
Frequently asked questions
What areas are included?
Reservations include private photography access to every outdoor backdrop, including the Blue Spring, Castle, estate exterior and front porch, grounds, Secret Garden, and Pavilion. Approved interior rooms may be added for a flat $75.
Can we change outfits?
Yes. The private outdoor restrooms may be used for outfit changes, even when interior estate access is not added.
Are pets welcome?
Yes. Pets must remain leashed and supervised, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
What happens if it rains?
Weather decisions may be made up to two hours before the reservation. You may reschedule at no additional cost or receive a credit toward another available date. Once a session begins, weather-related changes are handled at Blue Spring Estate's discretion.
Can we bring props and equipment?
Yes. Props, furniture, decorations, lighting, stands, and professional equipment are welcome. Everything must be safely used, removed by the end of the reservation, and the estate must be left as it was found. Please ask before moving estate-owned furniture or décor.
What requires advance approval?
Swimming, drones, vehicles on the grounds, open flame, sparklers, smoke effects, real flower petals, bubbles, biodegradable effects, and sessions outside our standard 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM hours require advance approval. Confetti, glitter, artificial petals, smoking, and vaping are not permitted.

Payments are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another available date with at least 48 hours' notice. Standard photography hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Tagging Blue Spring Estate is always appreciated, never required.
